1. Go to www.google.com
2. Click on "maps"
3. Click on "get directions"
4. Type " New York " in the first box (the "from" box)
5. Type " London " in the second box (the "to" box)
6. Click on "get directions" again
7. Scroll down to step #23 The Value of Good Directions

Another interesting thing - the directions first land you in France and then on to London.

Just checked my route from London to San Diego for when I visit later this year - yup, 'swim across the Atlantic again'! Don't think I'll be using Google as my route finder!

Just tried Dallas to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico (going there on vacation) can't get there from here. Do you think they did that on purpose?

Sailing is much better than rowing.......and just reverse the ports of call, you'll find Canada..........lol
