    A doctor went to his patient and said, "I've got bad news and worse news." To which the patient asked, "What's the bad news?" The doctor replied, "The bad news is that you have 24 hours to live." The patient then asked, "So what's the worse news?" The doctor said, "The worse news is I've been trying to contact you for the last 24 hours."........
