Thread: TallShips - Halifax

Hi folks,

Tommorrow the tall ships land in Halifax, here is a link to live webcams, you might catch a glimpse. It's supposed to rain tommorrow, I sure hope the weather report is wrong....anyway, check it out if you like. I'm going, hopefully I'll get some good pics and can share some with you all. Big ol' clippers & schooners, at least I hope so.

The big sail is coming in 2010. Can't wait, I really like these ships.......so keep your fingers crossed for some nice weather please.

Last night.....fiddle music, guitars, banjos........goodtime.

I'm hoping Holly catches the parade of sail on Monday......then it's over......ho hum

Thanks Ted, I agree with you......they are beautiful and it's been fun seeing them. Three - five mast ships are called a "Barque", they're nice but so are the "Schooners" & the "Brigs", seeing them in full sail is the best, I'm going to miss that.......(work) almost should take the day off, that's how much I'd like to see it......anyhow.....thanks for sharing with me, it's been my pleasure...lol

Maybe we should all share some pics of summer vacations etc.....might be nice to see what everyone's up to.......just a thought.

....just reading back and you said two mast too, yep, we like the same ships.........
