I am having trouble getting support and I cant find the right ip to publish site, if antbody might know what wrong, I would shurely appeciate it, thank you.

Do you have a vodahost account?
When you sign up and get one you will receive an email that will tell you what IP to publish to.
At that point you should re-download BV, and your new IP will be included in the dropdown menu when you publish.
I hope this helps
Oh almost forgot. You do not have to uninstall your present copy of BV - the new one will install right over the old one, and you will lose nothing.
