Seems like just and fitting punishment to me. Maybe America aught to WAKE UP and try something like that here. I've never known the "old ways" of doing something as "not working", after all, why re-invent the wheel? Like instead of paying contractors to build jails and prisons, we should have some of the inmates doing it too, but tarred and feathered and their picture on the corner of the completed building with a sign around their neck saying something like this, "Don't be a lame duck, if you do the crime, you'll end up here alongside me."

Makes it rather hard to decide between the feathers or the BobbleHead....

Unfortunetly, after a kerosene bath, the sh%thead probably went right back to dealing. Also unfortunate is the worldwide abuse of drugs, which may someday make sites and forums like this impossible due to stupidity and laziness.

The tar boils at a lower degree than water. But that pusher will still be burnt & scared. The streets are owned by the people who for the last 30 odd years & more have had to watch their backs & knees!

Well he can't be accused of indecent exposure now can he ..

Maybe they should have called in "Medussa" and turned him into a real "monument" ...

We used to drink in a very Irish populated area of London called Kilburn. And we always used to get a nice group of gentlemen coming around the pub seeing if you would like to contribute some finances to the cores, as it was called. (IRA)
