Can anybody help me as to how I need to start the page building?

Do I need to purchase any software?

How do I reach to the new page where I can drag any image or other stuff?

To start building you only need to download the Blue Voda program

To "publish" (put your site on the web) your site you need to purchase the hosting with vodahost
(This you can do after you build your site.)
