I have a basic question... I thought it said free?? It's telling me to sign up. I am just trying to design a sample for my boss.

Hi Daniel, Blue Voda (the website builder) is free. However you can only put your site on the web with VodaHost. VodHost isnot free but is the best hosting package around. (Your boss can look at your design on your computor using the preview function.)
