you know the thread about uk law bonkers well i thought i would use that for this issue.
some may find this story shocking but if you find it to be please do not read any further.
last september their was a huge investigation in my street.
this woman who is well known to all the community as i mentally ill but very evil and down right nasty human being.she was in rent arrears with over £1300 she wanted to move but could not until she paid the rent she owned to the council.with the arrears getting more and more higher she and a friend cooked up this evil plan to single out a 13 year old boy and a 9 year old boy to get a move on grounds of indecent assult on her 6 year old daughter but what she didn't realise was that the allegation what she had said was flawed as both boys was covered in bike grease as they was putting back a chain that had come off from one of the bikes.the police arrested the 13 year old hand cuffed him and thrown him in a van took DNA after 3 months on bail the police came to see the boy and said sorry for what he and his family had gone through the DNA evidance came back as nothing found on him or the girl because there was no trace of bike grease on her or her clothes.the police complaints pulled all the investigating officers and carpeted them on how they treated both boys as there was a clear fit up by the woman and her friend to try and get a council house buy screaming rape.the woman is now in prison for slander,perverting the course of justice and conspiracy she got 5 years as with her friend.we later found out that why she wanted to leave the house was because she was under social services which was investigating her for child abuse.the 13 year old now hates the police and does not trust adults at all.he stays in and plays on his ***********.he will not go out with his mates and the family have had no offer of counceling which is disgusting.victims of false allegations can't take those responsible to court for damages because they was arrested for it and cannot get legal aid as at the time this boy was only 13.like i said from my first thread uk law bonkers.
