Hi. My name is Alex and i come from Norway. I actually fuond BlueVoda when i was trying to find a program to make a band blog. BlueVoda is amazeing, but i have problems with publishing my pages. Hope the luck will turn ;)

Have you signed up for your VodaHost account yet? If not, as Chris says, you will need one to publish your pages. It is very affordable.
