Thread: Hi from South Africa.

Hi Everyone,
I'm Marilyn and I live in South Africa.
Building my very own website has been a dream of mine for a couple of years. I was a late starter to the internet and now at the age of 56 am just about ready to do this. Let's hope the saying "You can't teach an old dog new tricks" isn't true in my case as I really want this to work.
Will be coming back here many times I'm sure to ask the odd question.
You all seem to be so friendly, look forward to joining in with you all.

A helpful tool when you are beginning is LadyEyes tips for beginners. You will find it in her signature in any of her posts.
As Chris has said, you will find lots of folks here to help you when you need it.

Don't worry about being an old dog - I'm 4 years older than you and 5 months ago I had no idea how to build a website. Still don't know much but I have a couple of sites up. So it's never too late. Just watch the tutorials a couple of times and if you have questions post them here.
