Thread: Backwoods Delivery

a man from the mountains of kentucky came running into the Dr.'s office and said he needed him to delivery his baby, that his wife was at home at their home in the mountains...the doctor accompanied the man home and on arriving found that they had no electricity, so told the man to hold a lantern close to the doctor so he could see to deliver the baby....the man did as told and the doctor said "here comes the first lil one....and then said... hey fella don't be so quick to lower the latern there is another on the way out now...he delivered the second child and the father again started to lower the lantern...don't be so quick young man there seems to be another child on the way and proceeded to delivery the third, again the father lowered the lantern, the doctor said " don't lower the lantern just yet there could be another ", the father scratched his head and said..." Doc, don't you think it could be the light attractin em???

I will definitely have to pass that on to the relatives living in Kentucky.
