    Hi All Newbees,
I personally like to welcome you to the forum. I have not made a site yet its because I am just busy. I found voda is easy to use and most rewarding. I know you would be glad to sign up as I do. I am learning new things and great people to help you out.

    Cheers

    Hi All,

Take your time Cyber, it took me a whole year before I found the direction
    for my website.

I wanted my family tree to be different from the thousands online.
I wanted my pages to look and feel different from others.
I wanted the subject regarding ancestors to be interesting not dull and boring.

    I wanted a 1001 things.

Take your time and enjoy building your web pages and you will relish your
    own accomplishment.

I design and built this website and I am proud it is mine.

    Hi this thread moved from:
"Discussions & Articles about how to create, promote and benefit from having your own community forum"
to the "Voda lounge" where it's more suitable of an area for your thread ..
or perhaps if you like, you may consider making your newbee forum as part of a social group .. either or is fine ..good luck, have fun!

    Hi Everyone!
I'm Janice from PA and have NO idea how to make a website. I have one that came with my business but it is so boring and never gets any traffic. I feel confident that you all and Voda's easy to follow directions will help me get the job done, and then in the future I can help others! Yay!

Hi, I have been working on a site for about a week now. Maybe Im a slow learner, but it is really a lot of fun.
I have just about got everything the way I want it, but am having a little problem with my page size ( it is too wide) and I don't know how to put my e-mail address to link for easy contact.
i think the forums are great and am still searching.
any way just wanted to say hi, my name is Mary and yes....I talk alot

Cool Can I preview my entire website without publish it?

I am building my website using BV.
    My question is:
Can I preview my entire website without publish it?
I have like 8 pages and I am wondering if I go to the preview and open the index page i can click on the buttons and will open the other pages.

Answer: No. You can preview each page but the links won't work until you publish.

Advice: Be sure to start a new thread when you have a question instead of jumping on someone else's.

    Red face BlueVoda for Dummies?

Does anyone have any recommendations for an e-book with instructions for folks who are too slow in mind for video tutorials? We're old-fashioned and prefer the written page.
