A WORD ON NUTRITION. After an exhaustive review of the research literature, here's the final word on nutrition and health.: 1. Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks . 2. Mexicans eat a lot of fat and suffer fewer heart attacks. 3. Chinese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks . 4. Italians drink excessive amounts of red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks. 5. Germans drink beer and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks. 6. The French eat foie-gras, full fat cheese and drink red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks. CONCLUSION: Eat and drink what you like. Speaking English is apparently what kills you.

How much of that stuff can a diabetic eat? Most of us are sending ourselves to the lower terrestrial estates (with a fork, spoon & butter knife). I guess as I don't eat tomatoes I'll be alright. Hiyah, I am Cool Breeze and new to this site. (lee.clifton@comcast.net) |

OK I speak German and English, does that mean I will only have a few heart attacks? I think I'll just keep eating chocolate all the time and see where it gets me. LOL
