Thread: help!!

I just got my user name and password and I go to publish and it says internet exception error 12014 the request to log into the ftp sever could be completed because the supplied password is incorrect. please help as soon as possible :(

Be sure that the IP address (which shows just above where you put in your user name and password) is updated to the correct one shown on your welcome email.
