Thread: Olympic Teams!

Besides America, if your an American, what other Countries are you going to be cheering for this month as the Olympics are being held in China?

My other teams are: Canada, England, and Finland.

Greece, Norway, Germany

ALL of Them...Don't have a preference as to who wins as long as "good sportsmanship" is the winner...after all...the Olympics were started to create a global "comraderie"...and the fact that they are even competing says that they are GREAT athletes!!!

definately all americans should cheer for the outstanding sportsperson from all over the world,because sports should be kept out of politics & politicians.

Canada for me, although the summer olympics are not as good as the winter olympics for getting medals (for us).....we may see a few medals in canoeing & kayaking,...other than that, may the best person win, I always like to see the hosting country win some, and it's extra special for China....so I am hoping it goes well.

Italy. Kinda England.. lol.. Not fussed though. Good luck to em all. Tis fun to watch!

I wish Canada gave more funding to our athletes etc..

Some of these countries have excellent facilities & programs....

It's lovely to watch the competetors getting along so well, no matter what their standard, sport, or where they are from. If only the rest of the world was the same.

I'm for America of course, but also Austria. Mostly for the lot of them. I
m for anybody that can train like that and compete at that level.

Actually our best ever results in the olympics and maybe more golds to come. The cycling is by far our best event, we are just getting gold after gold.

We do better in the second half of the olympics, but not compared to the million athletes China has in training........that's almost our whole population.....lol (just kiddn)

13 medals so far...another medal op coming up with Alex Vancouverton...(however you spell his name)....kayaker
