OMG sorry to hear that,it must be hard to remember something lioke that i cant forget and never will when mom died i was only 12 years old its hard..... but its a very nice song sometimes songs help you take out that thing you have inside that take the tears out doesnt it....

LOL.. Its ok.. I was LONG over him.. I only went for my daughters... Wed been divorced a LONG time when he died, he lived a very troubled life so the song suited him well.

I remember the day his son fell out of window this was his tribute to him. He fell apart for awhile then produced this song, what a tragic thing to happen.

This was off one of his best albums (Unplugged) Didn't realize it was back in 1991. Poo! (Getting older). But not old. lol

1991??? Boy I do feel old now. This song came out when my middle son was born, he had some problems ( all good now) but when I hear it I still feel those emotions come rushing back. Still great song!

very very nice song thae way i know this song is that i first read it with a friend because i was teaching her english and we started singing nice memory lol.... and after like 3 or 4 months i finally heard the actual song and all i could say then was "what a beautiful song"

Got to laugh at a situation many years ago when we went fishing a few miles south of London. We were having a great time & my friend suggested we pop to a local pub for a pint & food at lunch time.
We arrived at a lovely country pub, & in the car park was a Ferrari 212 in beautiful condition.
We went inside ordered some drinks & food. As we were waiting we noticed one of the most gorgeous girls we had ever seen in our lives sitting in the corner.
We waited a few minutes for the food & just as it was coming up to the bar, the girl & her friend were walking out the pub & getting into the Ferrari.
I think most of the guys in the pub needed a support for their jaws. The barman looked at me & smiled saying do you know who that was? I said no! Who was she. No he said, not her the guy. It was Clapton.
