My first question would be: How do I post a question ??
The link below does noet help me, nor the explanation provided by it.
If I connect I am asked details about Domain ect., which I don't have.
I get a message "No threads" that I don't understand. Very frustrating if
you just want some help !!!

My second question is : how do I achieve a picture to become a "streched"
background for my homepage ??

well in answer to your first question, it looks as if you posted correctly. as for question #2 to make a picture that will cover your background will depend on the size of your background. even then it will depend on what your visitors have set their resolution to. i have my resolution set to 1024 wide x 768 high, so to fit a picture perfectly in that background, i would need it to be that size. if you look at my website, you may have your resoulution set to 1152 x 864 so my background picture would be too small for your monitor. it's best that you have a generic or repeated background - that way you can have it set to 100 x 100 and BV will tile it for you. an example of this is:

if you want to post your picture that you would want to use for your background we might be able to suggest the correct way.
