for sure you will, if you're patient :)
Everyone gets the "good" advice to read/watch all the tutorials as often as needed to become familiar with all the things to do to get your site up & running. Another tip is to use the search facility for the forum threads relating to any specific problem you may have....chances are it's already been addressed & you have an instant solution.
Most important is to have fun & don't be in too much of a hurry,
