About LinkBacksHi I am swap4free.biz. I cannot get started building my site since they need to verify my Credit card number (last 4 digits) but I dont have a scanner or fax. Any suggestions as to what I can do anyone?

The secrity code for verification is 3 digits net to your Signature.
