I went to your forum and I love how you set it up for your site, I want to do that also and I have tried everything but can't get it done. Can you tell me how or point me to the right place?

Now what do you want to do, do you want a skin for your forum or change the one you've got ?

Yes, I found one that I like but try as I can I still can't get it.

Are you say you can't download it. If so let me know the skin name and the site address and i will go and find out what the problem is,
it might be that the file on the site has been moved or deleted.

No I have it downloaded to my desk top....I don't know what to do now

Right/ if the folder is not in the bluevoda folder place it in there.
now open ftp manager and connect (have you got a standard forum already on your site sorry i did not look before this ) if you have look for the folder named forum on the roght side double click to open, now look for the folder named templates double click that to open. now you should see one folder and a file (subsilver, index.htm).
now find skin folder you download on the left click once then click move to
on tool bar on top of page. click ok in box that appears. the transfer may take abit of time, if you have any trouble tranfering the folder get to me. if it goes across ok come back to me and we through the next part

Frist enter the admin on your forum,
then on the left side of your admin screen scroll down to styles admin,
click the Export link, new page opens with box saying select a template for the dropdown menu select your new template, then click submit.
return to admin and click the add on the styles admin new page opens with a box style template action select new template click install . you have now installed your new template, well done
Now if you go to the General Admin and click Configuration scroll down to Default Style click the drop down box on the right select your new skin and then click submit at the bottom of page . there you go you've now installed your new skin.

OH, don't worry I screwed it up many times and had to reinstall 3 times. Soo I have it setting there in the drop down and haven't moved it until I get with you. Everything was going black, so uninstall and start over. Get some rest I'll see you when you have time.

in your ftp manager just make sure that the new skin moved all it's files over to the right.
