Everybody has got to love somebody and if we all liked the same things it would be a very two dimensional world. I cannot think of a more positive thing to say in a thread about this particular subject matter. Sorry G, lol.

That leads me to this other thought: If, let's say, 1 in a million was are real psychic, would they not control the world by now? Certainly the stock markets, weather forecasting business, booms and busts, and on and on. Then you face them trying to pre-psych the psychic who is psyching the one trying to psych out the ...and on and on - until they all turn to butter, as the politically incorrect children's book describes. The ones nearby seem to work out of abandoned strip malls or the last room in line in a defunct one story motel-cum-one room-with-a-2-coil-hot-plate for a kitchen apartment house. I'd think about this some more but then you'ld know, wouldn't you! DDS |

I have a friend who told me she is a pet psychic. Whether she is or isn't, her dog says the funniest things, according to her. He even swears. He hates going out in the rain and he thinks it's not fair that he can't go in the cat's bedroom! This woman is one of my best friends and she seems totally sane. If she is making any of it up then she has the best sense of humour! Another friend says she is clairvoyant and can sense people's feelings. One time she really thought I was mad at her, when in fact I had intense abdominal pain. She didn't speak to me for months, nor did she ask. Finally at my Christmas Party she brought it up and I gently told her the truth. I haven't heard any more about her clairvoyance! We're friends again too. Cindy |
