Thread: Freindly competition??

Hi,

as a new but committed convert to Blue Voda I would like to suggest a web site design competition.

This would be an opportunity for those that use BV could showcase their design, it would inspire others(like Me) to use their full creativity and web design ideas. It would aslo allow us all to see what can be produced using the full range of BV tools.

The comp would be open to BV users only with any one who wants to enter posting their URL for viewing. Others could then vote on design, usability,creativity etc. The votes could be done on the forum like a poll with just a big well done for the winners. There could be an over-all winner for best website. The competition could be run quarterly or something and not take alot of work for any one and be a bit of fun for all,

May I suggest that any entries made should be merited, according to the functionality of the Blue Voda Editor and sites made on hoc with alternative html generators be disregarded. The Blue Voda editor has a distinctive html generation pattern and weeding out the bogus entries should not be such a big issue.

The idea of using this stipulation would ensure a common entry level for all participants. Merits could then be awarded more on design and layout rather than the intergration of foreign html elements.

Make it a true "BV event" so as to demonstrate the great functionality of this program!

Can there be a booby prize for the overall loser? I might have a chance then!

cristobel you so lost me then ? i think it should be on content, artwork,style,what it gives to its fellow man,whether its by me or not and also you could call it the nobell piece prize , always wanted one of them. will it be a small cup thing with me name on or a medal? prefer a cup bit smaller than the f.a one. what you need to bear in mind is it shouldnt go to race or people like that i. senior members say and that amanda woman (she isnt in here is she) cos she mite win just because she got so many chancs of winning i.e 30 sites

oh and while i think on , do you realy live on a hill? and if so why dont you slide out of bed every night? mmmmmmm strange
oh and about this competition it wouldnt work now would it for starters evry body would have to try and reach upto my standards ( tall order) and from what ive seen so far i have no worrys
oh and my new avater is of me when i used to have a boat and a life before i found blue voda and became an addict to .coms and spent all my money on advertising and paying for new ideas and buying stupid signed pics from men in the street so be warned little kiddys out there dont go for the blue voda it will get you in the end and you will be in rehabb on here for ever more

I'm with allstarsface ...this thing is adictive and I think we should start a 12 step for those of us who can't leave the computer anymore. As forthe competition...I know I got the booby prize in the bag....so everybody back off...lol. Oh yeah...as for Amanda....only one entry per person please....lol.
