Ok, remember, I'm from the U.S. (midwest) What is a paracetamol? My Hot Toddy takes care of sniffles just great. A little burbon and honey. Knocks it right out!!

LOL. It's a very common and widely available general painkiller. Like asprin but different. Asprin makes your stomach bleed, paracetamol does other bad stuff. But they are both 'over the counter' general medicines.

Hot lemonade does the trick for me or an 'Aussie All-in' (Blob). Made from Australian white wine, hot water, sugar and lemon. Mmmm.
