Thread: Suicide??

While we were on holiday in Arizona we came across a true story which I had to laugh at. Now forgive me if I get this a bit muddled up and don't know the names, but the essence of the story was that there was a bank robbery, and the robbers were caught and put in jail waiting to be hanged. The leader of the gang got off scott free as he was not in on the actual robbery.

He was put in jail anyway, but they couldn't get any evidence against him.

Knowing he was guilty as hell the townspeople dragged him out of jail and had a good old fashioned lynching, hanging him outside the courthouse.

The coroner's report, which was on display, stated words to the effect that the cause of death was asphixiation, possibly caused by strangulation, possibly self inflicted!

Well, it made me laugh!

Sounds more like a report made by a female coroner sympathetic to a housewife entangled in an obvious domestic dispute gone bad.....

Can I have that coronor's name please..?? You just never know when I could kill somebody one day and need a good Coronor's report..
