I know u have explain one or two things for me in the past, the following are what i need on my website.

1. I need data base on my website, where candidate can upload their CV and have a profile for employer to see.Same time have access to their profile with a password. eg, just like we have on www.rigzone.com

2. i need employers to register and have access to candidates CV on my site

i have tried to look at www.hotscripts.com website, to see if i can get an already made employmet script for for my site. I do not have experience on what i should be looking for or how to use/install it to my site.

Please, this is an Idea of what i wan to do with dis script.

1. to design a form where Candidate can register and have their Cv-Resume on my site. with a password to access it when they like for Free.

2. to desgin a form, where employer can register to post a job on my website. They will not be able to post a job until their payment is confirm.

3. to give a registered employer access to view candidate CV-resumes online after payment.

Please ***** help me out with this.

Thanks alot for your help, i think am getting close to start a business online, but i still need more inform that will hell me to know what the script is all about. do i need to finish designing my site be4 uploading the scripts to it, or the script will atomaticall design my site for me?

This you have to figure out for your self...remember we are just a web hosting
company. All we do is provide server space for $7.95 per month, Web consulting
is a multi million dollar business that people pay $500 an hour for.

spend some time and do your research, visit the script manufacturers website, forum, ask them questions etc...
