Default Help to get started

In short; I'm novice but I want to build my website (of course with help of one of you). Because I think it is fun to do it.

My probleme is:

- I want a website somehow like www.biosa.dk
- 10 languages, each time you click on a language you get the menu on
the left side. The hole site has to load in that chosen language.
- When you click on a button menu; it has to stay open if it has sevaral
undermenu.

So,

1) I would like to know if it can be done in bluevoda.
2) Guidelines on how to do it my self from scrach.

thanks in advance

GGH

Your website can be done in bluevoda. You will need to go over the tutorials to learn how the basics. Step by step instructions takes time, and I'm not sure any of us have that (I stand corrected...if anyone would like to do this, please help GGH).

Here is the link for the tutorials.

After watching (I know, it takes time, but trust me, it's worth it), if you still have questions or do not understand a concept, please come back here and ask.

I wish you success with your site.

I have done it. But there is nothing about this subject at all. Is it a question on how to link all the pages...

So you've already designed your pages? If so, what is your domain name so that I can give you an example of how to link.

I have not uploaded my website yet (because it doesn't work), and each time I make new design, I have to take it down.

So I need to know how to get started from begining.

I' ready to pay for the service, but it has just to work

Regards

well, you need to publish your site in order for the links to work. In order to publish your site, you need an account with VodaHost. Go here to see how much it costs. There is no other way to see if your links work. You can print preview to see how your pages will look online, though.

when did you buy your account? You have to give them at least 24 hours.

Thank you for the support to all of you. But I think that you misunderstand my situation.

I don't se any problem to build a website with bluevoda if it was one language website.

My problem is that i have to use a multi languages website and i want to make a navigation plan on paper before trying anything.

So, is it one index for all languages/or onr for each?
How to swich from language to language? let say from english to french?
How to come back to english?

thanks in advance to all of you

What you want to do is very possible in BlueVoda. The homepage could be, say, French. And that page, like the example you presented, one can be able to click on the language of their choice. What we are trying to tell you, GHG, is that you won't be able to see your links in action until you publish. I can show you an example if you wish...
