I have this question, why does my website rate up and down in search engines, particularly google

i have checked it's not a cache thing or any ip related

Are you talking about your page rank or where you can find your site in searches? You need to be much more specific.

But it will fluctuate for many reasons. Google also has around 8 data base centers and all don't give identical information - so you could get a response from one then another. Eventually, they all end up about the same, but there will still be some fluctuating when they do a spider from one and find something to cause them to make a change and the others have to catch up.
