Thread: Help please as not sure about something

Hi all,

I have two web sites one that promotes courses and the other related with a book I have written, So my question is: is there any benefit in just having the one site for both, should I create on web site that does both or is there no real benefit???? They both link to each other in text and links already but still may be something obvious.

If there is no obvious benefit I will leave them but as I am new to seo I would really appreciate any feedback

Keep them both, it's better to have different domains because if you get rid of it someone might decide to search the name of your book but its under the other domain that they don't know about.

Actually - you can keep both domain names - but for seo purposes, you'd be better with more pages on one website where you can get more information and become more of an authority - rather than trying to split the same info onto 2 different sites doing the same.

this was my thinking as the two subjects are so obviously linked.

I think I will keep both but as the info from the book site to the other one as well.
