    Default PDF's and SEO

    I have a brochure (pdf) that contains the same copy as most of the pages of my website, and I want to make the brochure available for viewing online. Does the seo's index these pages, and will I get penalized for having duplicate content if they do? I have live type on the PDF. Thanks.
