Sub-domain submission to search engines

When I am ready to submit my main website (1st time submitting) for search engines submission, do I need to or can I submit my sub-domain website together with the main website?

Or do I submit the main website & sub-domain website separately? If so, will Vodahost charge me for the submission of the sub-domain website?

Please advise. Thanks!

So does that mean I need to pay when I sumbit my add-on domain to VodaHit, after I have sumbitted the main domain before?
