About LinkBacksSorry to be a pest but when you have linked the image on your index page to www.myname/sitemap/ror.xml, when you click on it should it take you to your sitemap? Mines saying page cannot be found.

This only means that the path to your sitemap file is not correct. Find out where you have uploaded it and give the image the correct path.
