How does your "page name" ("save as") figure in searches, both by the SEs and by regular searchers?

It figures in as KEYWORD usage or can be one more place to add your KEYWORDS if done properly. With the exception of your HOME PAGE named 'index" That will automatically display with the .com or .org or whatever dot you are. It can help figure in to KEYWORD density and will be one of the first things the SE reads when traveling to it.
