Your site is nothing else but disk space in the Vodahost servers. This space is divided in folders or directories, just like your computer. On the first level, there are folders for necessary files for the site to work, and also the most important to you, public_html folder. Thta's the folder where all of your pages will go when you publish them. For organisation reasons, it is sometimes useful to create other folders in the public_html folder, f.e. one for "Products", one for "Downloads", one for "Pictures" and so on.
