Thread: My site does not feature at all! Please help

Good day all,

I firstly want to tell you that I’ve found the designing and publishing of my site using BlueVoda to be very easy and user friendly. In the past have been able to find and rectify all my problems using the BlueVoda forum.

But I have now run into a problem that I can't solve, this is my first site, and I have absolutely NO experience in web designing. So please excuse me.

http://www.hyosung.co.za is my proudly South African BlueVoda website.

I am unable to find my site on Google, even if I type in "hyosung.co.za" in the search box.

I am using AWSTATS and Google Analytics as well as SiteReportCard and I can't seem to find the problem why my site isn't recognized by Google...

I have added “meta tags” and given my pages a description...but I can’t seem to see what else I need to do??

I know this is going to be easy to resolve...

Your key words would be classed as spam by the SE's, & are also not part of the text content of the page.

At the risk of sounding silly, am I suppose to put the description of my site instead of all those "key words"

If I go to page properties: under Meta Tags: I have the list above (in your post) in "Key words" and under "Page description" I have a brief description of the website itself.

I used Google Adword Keywords generator to find all the "key words" that I have used...

What should I be using there instead?

Has my site been banned by Google?

Must admit! I thought that was the idea of the forum too.???

The only way to make this topic available to every user on this forum is to make it a "Sticky". I see that if you type "My site does not feature at all! Please help" it pops up in Google...

As for Kortia's help, I was able to transform my site from a "no feature" to a top rated site in 1 month on Google and it was already on the 2nd page of Google just a day after Kortia's help.

well that is the reason for the forum yes. However every time I helped someone I got shot down. Im not here to ge business. Just to help. I cant handle anymore SEO business. I have 26 sites all in the top 10. I am working on a book. That is the only way I can see myself helping so many people. It will be a ebook of course.I was banned for awhile because my profile said SEO Specialist or something. You guys can always email me off of one of my sites and if I have time I will be happy to help you. It goes far beyond even what deiterb52 was told, and it all depends on competition.

Sign me up for your e-Book Kortia, SEO is as much an integral part of your business as is your website.
If customers cant "find" your site in the SE's then it's a massive amount of potential business lost.
This forum has help me immensely, and I will be the first to say that when I started out with Blue Voda I was a complete novice.
Now I have the confidence to not only build a website, but have the knowledge to make it easy-to-use and easily accessible to customers.
