Thread: words for search engines

I'm just getting the hang of all this website stuff and I'm still a little lost on how to choose the words and meta tags for the web pages. can anyone help?

The Description Tag should describe the page in two or three words if possible. ex: Ladies Running *****. Mens Running *****.

The Keywords should relate to the content that is on the you are writing the keywords for. ex: sports *****,joggers,running ***** etc. (notice keywords are separated by a comma, not a space
