Thread: Keywords on every page?

Hello All,

Just a simple question. Should I put keywords on every page? Or, Just my index.htm page? If I should put keywords on every page should they differ from the ones on other pages on my site?

The keywords on each page should match the ones used on that page. You should be working on 3-5 keywords/keyword phrases to optimize for on each page - sometimes they'll be the same - but the idea is for them to be different - so you can target more words.

Same for your description and title - they should be different for each page.

Put keywords on everypage but they sshould be the keywords specific to the content on that page.
