Can You help me with setting up my publisher to publish the files?
My publisher is asking for

What type of website is this person attempting to publish to your VodaHost account?

If you are using Blue Voda, your or your designer can publish directly without any problem.

If you are trying to publish a site in a different format, (for example Dreamweaver) I would personally suggest that you have this person send you the files and you yourself upload them into your own account: it is not hard at all, and it allows you a better way to protect access to your VH account. (If the files are large, suggest he email them to you via www.yousendit.com where you can set up an account for free to send files safely up to 100mb each)

If you are trying to publish a Blue Voda created website elsewhere, good luck! It is a proprietary website builder, and it is required that you have an account at VodaHost.
