I live in South Africa and am hessitant to join. As I am so new to websites etc I am wondering whether I would be able to operate a site in South Africa via vodahost. Maybe this is a stupid question, but I really need to find out this detail as I need to have my own web site.

hi i am rubie, i am a freelancer on this voda hosting, i already installed bluevoda, and i enjoying making website, i have already made few pages in blue voda, the problem is i cannot link my pages coz i dont have account yet in voda hosting, i wanted to joined but the problem is i am from the philippines, i dont have any credit cards, all i can make my payment is through western union, hope u can provide me details about my problem.. i am looking forward any reply. thank u very much
