Transfer Of Domain Name

My company is currently with another provider and we are having considerable problems with sending out multiple addressee e-mails. We have a registered domain name which is avc-associates.com and would like information on how we go about transferring the domain name into you system. The key questions are:

a. How long would it take?
b. What do I need to do?
c. Can you guarantee that your e-mail system is reliable and stable.
