Hello! I have tested BlueVoda Website Builder and it seems to be that what I am looking for. I want to use it as well as your hosting, but I have two questions before I decide: 1) Could I pay through Western Union (I haven't credit card)? 2) What about other encoding? I want to build my website in Ukrainian. There is possible to change encoding through BV-Website Builder? How can I use "windows-1251" encoding? Thank you in advance for you prompt answer.         |
