VodaHost Hosting has a zero tolerance policy for the use of its servers for the posting of messages or commercial advertisements, which violate the rules, regulations, FAQ or charter of any newsgroups or mailing list. Commercial messages that are appropriate under the rules of a newsgroup or mailing list or that are solicited by the recipients are permitted.

I might be being a bit thick here but does this mean you can't put commercial advertisements on your site ie ADSENSE or is it this...

Classfieds SITEs etc. If wrong on both occasions can you please explain clearly.

and what about a FORUM that offers advertising to it's members.

You CAN have advertisements, and you CAN have Adsense, as you CAN have Classifieds and you CAN have a forum with advertisement banners.

VodaHost has 0 tolerance policy regarding UNWANTED (spam) commercial emailing.

It's your site, you can have any type of advertisements you want.
