I have a question about the payment plans that is confusing me. I printed up the order by mail form and it lists three options, B with no set up fee at $95.40 every 12 months that works out to $7.95 per month, C $197 every 36 months that works out to $5.47 per month, and D at $297 every 60 months that works out to $4.95 per month, my question is, does it have to be paid in one lump sum or is it billed the monthly amount given?

Those are annual (bi- or tri- annual) plans, they have to be paid in one lump sum.
