Can I layer on the web page?

Hi, I have just found VodaHost & think it is great, just a quick ??, if I place a banner, or any object on the page, and want to add text over the top of it, how do I do that.

Each time I try to put the text on top, it goes behind, I have looked for "how to layer" in the tutorial but can't find it?

Use the arrange option which is under layout.
