Thread: Domain names

I just recieved an email and within it it says:

Don't use hyphens in your name fionasflowers.com is ok, butfionas-flowers.com is a big NO NO.

My domain name has a hyphen in it, why is this?
Can I still proceed if I want to use VodaHost or not?

Yes you can. This is just our personal opinion.

Thats great, just one more thing... how do I now go about transfering hosters? and how long after I have joined can I can start on my website?

When you signup for your account we send you exact directions on how to transfer
your domain name, it is easy!

We will have you set up ASAP, please allow 24 hours for your domain name to propagate to all the global name servers around the world, though.
