Thread: Need help

I have signed up for website hosting throuh voda hosting. I filled out the online form and submitted it along with a credit card payment on 11/13. As of yet I have not recieved any information on getting a username and password. The only e-mail I have recieved took me to the sign-up page and went through the process again then asked me for credit card info.
If anyone could help me with this I would appreciate it.
