Thread: Where is our welcome letter?

Good morning, sir..

We just received a "sign-up recepit - thank you" and "VBS::Domain registration" emails. I read both of the emails. No "welcome email" coming from voda.

We applied last thursday (Nov. 23). The "sign-up receipt - thank you" arrived at the same day and the "VBS::Domain Registration" arrived last Nov 24 (Friday) at 04:43:42 - 06:00 (time). It says there that we are going to received a "welcome email" coming from voda to configure our site such as IP address, username, and password. It's Nov. 27 here in the Philippines and til now, we dont have the "welcome email."

We applied for web hosting package worth $59.90 for 1 year including the domain name worth $19.95. Only 2 emails we received. Where is the welcome email in able for us to publish index and other pages?

We are looking forward for immediate arrival of the "welcome email" for us to publish the site.
