the web site I am building need a weekly news letter added...whats the easy way to do this each week and I have word doc that I want to copy onto my web site in full, is there and easy was to do this? other than have the file linked to up load?

Adding a newsletter to your website is not a problem, simply create a new page for every newsletter. You can copy and paste text directly into BV
from a word doc.
