I looked at this page and did not see any specific stats. Can you provide in detail exactly what stats are provided?

Awstats, Webalizer, raw access log, subdomain stats. If you check out cPanel (www.cpanel.com) they have a list of features including the different stat scripts

What is "Awstats"? Do I need to do something special with VodaHost to get these stats once my web page is available?

No, its included in your control panel.
