I'm so pleased that I found Voda Host. I can already tell this is going to be great!
My site was built using Yahoo site builder. Can I transfer the entire site to VH?
Thanks for your help.

Thank you for the kind words, you will love our service...As far as Yahoo's website builder in concerned, I am not sure, Yahoo's site builder can only publish on Yahoo servers. But the BlueVoda Website builder has a import HTML feature, this will let you import any HTML based website. It will require a bit of tweaking.

Thanks for the quick response. I've spent the past few hours playing with BV. There's no need to import my current site. This program is fabulous, even for a newbie like me. My first page looks a lot better now! Thanks again.
So, Patience, then you would say that BV is way way easier than the Yahoo builder? A friend of mine is using Yahoo and I am trying to talk them into switching over.. what would you say are the biggest advantages of BV over Yahoo?
Oh, and WElcome to Vodaland! I just know you will love it here!
Well...off the top of my head, the customer service is obviously great. Having a message board to post questions and search for answers is a great tool. Yahoo only offers an 800#, not much help really.
The BV graphics are more abundant and have so many options.
And the price speaks for itself!
That's about as far as I've gotten. I would recommend Voda Host, no doubt.
ETA...Your from the San Fran area? I lived in San Raphael...looong time ago!
cool, so did I. Am in Millbrae, now.
Thanks for the info.
From someone who knows.... NO you can not switch your site over from Yahoo to BV. You do need to rebuild it, which is what I am doing now. I have put a positive spin on it though.... I am learning so much from the BV gang that as I rebuild my site it is getting better than the Yahoo site ever was! Good luck... it is hard work but definitely worth switching over!
Thanks Dori...I've started rebuilding and although I'm a novice, I'm loving BV.
