Thread: Some information please :-)

Hello,

I'm considering joining VodaHost. A few questions:

1. My current webhosting package is cPanel based. Is it possible, before nameservers are updated and all that, to transfer *everything* (e-mail accounts including Horde data, sub domains, cron jobs etc.) from my old host to my new account?

2. Is there an addon domain limit?

3. As my current host is pretty slow for me, is there a big file I can download from a VodaHost server, to make sure I'm getting a normal speed? :)

4. Is it possible to pay with PayPal?

5. Is there only one hosting package? I really don't need 24 gigs (1 gig will be more than enough) and certainly not 600 gigs of bandwidth ;) So I hope there's a smaller and cheaper plan available.

Oh, and what Horde version you have installed? And I read you removed SquirrelMail some time ago - are there any guarantees it won't happen with Horde?

1) You can transfer everything as long as you know how.
2) No limit.
3) Our servers are fiber optically connected to the internet backbone at the rate of 100 mbps.
4) Yes, we are a PayPal certified merchant.
5) We only have one package, this will give you plenty of room to grow.

Latest version of Horde, all new servers only have Horde, Horde is much better and more stable than SquirrelMail, we are slowly phasing out SquirrelMail and encouraging our customers to switch over to Horde.
